Delete your account.

Every account can be deleted from inside the app in one tap. If you no longer have the app or the phone, ask here.

In the app.

  • Open the Account tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. The account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app.

Tell us the phone number or email you signed in with. We confirm at that contact before deleting, so nobody can remove your account by guessing it.

We only use this contact to confirm the request. Nothing else is collected here.

Or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Muhurat AI account” from the address, or with the number, you signed in with.

What is deleted.

  • Your contact, name, date of birth, birth time, birth place and star.
  • Family files and any jaathaka photo.
  • Tiles, reminders, the Poojari thread, display and board settings.
  • The session, and the payment mandate, which is cancelled with Razorpay.

Invoice records for payments already made are kept only as long as tax law requires, and hold no birth details. Requests made on this page are completed within 30 days; deletion in the app is immediate.
