Terms of use.

The service.

Muhurat AI is a Vedic timing clock. It answers whether the panchang of your city supports a start now, for a purpose, and grades each answer CITY, MOON or LAGNA. Timing is advisory. It is not a substitute for a pandit, a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and you make your own decisions. See the advisory page.

Your account.

• You sign in with a phone number or email and a one-time code; there is nothing else to remember. Keep control of that contact; whoever holds it can open the account.
• You must give a true date of birth for the personal grades. You may add family files for people who have agreed to it.
• One person, one account. Do not resell access, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Plans and the free month.

• Every new account starts on Nitya for thirty days at Rs 0. No payment method is needed to start. No debit is made in month 1.
• Plans after the free month: Nitya Rs 299, Shubh Rs 599, Param Rs 999 per month, or annual at Rs 2,990, Rs 5,990 and Rs 9,990. Prices are in Indian rupees; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
• Payment is by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay. When you add one, a mandate is created that shows the plan price and the first charge date (day 31). It renews each period until you cancel.
• If day 31 passes without a mandate, the account drops to guest limits: tiles stay, the Clock stays free, asks are capped at three a day. Adding a plan later restores everything.
• In the Google Play and Apple App Store apps, subscriptions are purchased on this website, not inside the app.

Cancelling.

Cancel any time from Account. Cancellation stops future charges; access to the paid plan continues to the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to guest limits. Deleting the account cancels the mandate as well.

Refunds.

• Month 1 is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• After that, charges are for the period ahead and are not refunded pro-rata when you cancel part-way. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• A duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, is refunded to the source within seven working days of you telling us.
• Nothing here limits refunds that Indian consumer law requires.

Honesty of the clock.

We may improve the engine and its rules; a verdict for the same hour may change between versions. The grade on each verdict is our promise about what was used to compute it. We never show LAGNA without a birth time and place, and never say “aapke liye” on a CITY verdict.

Liability.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Muhurat AI is not liable for any loss arising from acting, or not acting, on a verdict. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement.

You may delete your account at any time in the app or via the deletion page. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or other people. We may change these terms; material changes are shown in the app before they apply.
